ABOUT UPTC
Unexplored Places Theatre Company is born from our passion for open-air theatre and our absolute wonder at the beautiful outdoor spaces which can be found nestling within and exposed throughout the North Devon landscape.

We love working with up-coming writers, directors, chorepgraphers and dramaturgs and championing the voices of women. Last year we collaborated on a choreography project exploring period poverty and homeless women in Plymouth. More information on that amazing endeavour can be found here

We are also well-versed in Spoken-Word Poetry, Dance, Shakespeare, Absurdist Theatre and more. Our productions this year will include a Spoken-Word performance poetry gig, dancing at the Big Sheep Country Music Festivals, working with Pleasure Dome TC on Exmoor, writing a screen-play and producing a touring pant, a varied portfolio!​

Having spent nearly a decade honing her poetry penmanship, Nayomie will be performing selected pieces in the Spring, keep your eyes peeled for more details.
Nayomie will be joining SwitchFrame's amazing troupe of dancers again, to perform at various events this year, as well as assisting on the production and choreography side of The Big Sheep Country Music Festival performances!
